About Medtech Incubator

We don't hand you the plan. We run it with you.

Medtech Incubator was built by people who have carried the bag, run the warehouse, recruited the distributor, and sat across the table from the acquirer. We built the platform we wished we'd had.

Our story

Built one capability at a time, from real client needs.

Medtech Incubator began in 2015 with a simple observation from decades in orthopedics and spine: great technologies rarely fail on clinical merit. They fail on execution. Small companies were being asked to build a full commercial organization before they had the revenue to support one.

So we built what our clients kept needing. That meant a logistics operation to manage inventory and consignment, a finance team to keep the books investor-ready, a search firm that knows commercial medtech talent, market intelligence to find the right surgeons and distributors, clinical evidence capabilities to win value-analysis committees, and an industry media platform to tell the story.

In 2025 we brought these capabilities together as OPTIC, the Operating Platform for Technology, Infrastructure and Commercialization: nine specialized companies operating under one standard, one process, and one commitment to client outcomes.

Our purpose

To be the operational platform and engine that enables medtech entrepreneurs.

Our niche is simple: we excel operationally. Strategy matters, but in early commercialization execution decides who wins.
